Het pad dat van de straat naar de garage leidt, is erg breed en zeer comfortabel om te manoeuvreren.

De begane grond van het pand wordt gebruikt als machinekamer, een grote werkruimte, een garage en een kleine studio met een slaapkamer, badkamer en kleine keuken. Deze gehele verdieping is geheel onafhankelijk van de rest van de woning. De studio is volledig onafhankelijk van de machinekamer en de werkplaats. Op deze verdieping bevindt zich een douche die zowel toegankelijk is voor de bewoners van de studio als voor mensen die terugkomen van het strand.

Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich de toegangsdeur tot de woning. Vanuit de entree hebben we toegang tot een zeer ruime woonkamer met open haard. Deze woonkamer verdeeld in twee delen heeft ook een eethoek en toegang tot een groot overdekt terras met spectaculair uitzicht op zee. Dit terras is het meest comfortabel in de zomer omdat het volledig beschermd is tegen de zon en de zuidelijke wind die in de zomer zo vaak voorkomt. Vanuit de woonkamer is er tevens toegang tot een achterterras. Dit terras is ideaal voor ontbijten met totale privacy. Via dit terras komt u op het grote terras en het zwembad. Opnieuw benadrukken we de grote privacy van dit gebied dat volledig wordt beschermd door allerlei soorten vegetatie die de tuin van het huis vormen. Op dezelfde verdieping vinden we de keuken en het slaapgedeelte. Een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met inbouwkasten met een grote capaciteit. Een complete badkamer. OPMERKINGEN: Alles marmeren vloeren. Vloerverwarming behalve in de studeerkamer die door warmtepomp verwarmd wordt. Airconditioning met gecentraliseerde machines die niet zichtbaar zijn. Verwarmd zwembad met warmtepomp. Het huis heeft een geïntegreerd domoticasysteem om het elektrische paneel, irrigatiesysteem, verwarming te bedienen. Regenwater wordt gebruikt in een tank die wordt gebruikt om de tuin te besproeien.
